Stone-faced gangbanger charged with shooting 11-year-old held on $500K bail

The reputed gang member charged with shooting and critically injuring an 11-year-old Brooklyn boy was arraigned Saturday and ordered held on $500,000 bail.

Angel Eaddy appeared stone-faced and rocked back and forth as he stood before a Brooklyn judge to answer charges including attempted murder, assault, and reckless endangerment for the Thursday night gunfire.

Eaddy was busted for shooting the pre-teen bystander around 7 p.m. Thursday near the Crown Heights intersection of Lincoln Place and Schenectady Avenue, police said.

Police took him into custody soon after the incident. He was officially charged Friday afternoon.

Eaddy “repeatedly fired a handgun into the street,” said Assistant District Attorney Victoria Nunez, who noted the 27-year-old later identified himself to law enforcement when he was shown video of the shooting.

“He identified himself as the man holding the firearm,” Nunez added, requesting the hefty bail.

Eaddy, a member of the Bloods, had been targeting a 31-year-old member of the Crips, who was also injured in the shooting, law enforcement sources previously told The Post.

Defense attorney Darius Wadia acknowledged the “extent of the tragedy” and the “strength of the people’s case,” but argued that while Eaddy is employed full-time as a driver’s helper for FedEx, he would have no way of paying such a bail or bond.

Wadia insisted to Judge Richard Montelione that Eaddy “did not have intent to cause physical injury to the persons that were harmed.”

Eaddy was ultimately held on a $500,000 secured bond. His attorney declined to comment following the court appearance.
